FAQ
Questions about plans
What counts towards my booking allowance? +
Each booking you add counts towards the booking year that starts on the date you signed up. The allowance starts again on that date each year.
Can I change plan at any time? +
Yes, from Settings. Changing plan never resets the bookings you have already used this year.
What happens if I reach my limit? +
Everything you already have keeps working: your bookings, invoices and payments. You just can't add new bookings until your booking year resets or you move up a plan.
How do I pay? +
By card, monthly, through Stripe. Upgrade from Settings → Plan, and use "Manage billing" there to change plan, update your card, download invoices or cancel.
What happens if I cancel? +
You keep your paid plan until the end of the month you've paid for, then move to Free. Nothing is deleted: your bookings, clients and invoices stay.
Is there a contract? +
No. Plans are month to month.
